Organic honey cake made out of Cevennes honey. Produced with rye flour and wheat produced by peasant miller in the Ardèche Cevennes (South of France). This gingerbread with no spices has a slight orange flavor. Very nice breakfast with a little butter or for the taste, it can also be very subtle accompany to foie gras.
